We guarantee 99.9% platform uptime for enterprise clients, with service credits for downtime beyond thresholds.
Performance
Services completed within 2-hour windows for 95% of appointments, with escalation protocols for delays.
Quality
100% satisfaction guarantee with free re-service for any quality issues reported within 24 hours.
Security
All personnel undergo background checks and ongoing training that exceeds industry standards.
